Chats: messages typed while offline are kept and sent once you are back online instead of running out of retries; Edit is offered only on text messages; the mute state shown is read from the conversation; opening a new chat retries safely instead of sending duplicate requests

Build 31 has since replaced Build 30 on every tester channel.
